The​ ​Mission​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Rains​ ​Independent​ ​School​ ​District​ ​Department of Federal Programs​ ​is​ ​to​ ​provide​ ​support​ ​to​ ​all​ ​District students,​ ​staff,​ ​parents,​ ​and​ ​the​ ​community​ ​and​ ​to​ ​ensure​ ​that​ ​all​ ​business​ ​operations​ ​are​ ​supportive of​ ​the​ ​instructional​ ​goals​ ​and​ ​objectives​ ​of​ ​the​ ​district.
